THE PERFECT CUP OF TEA
Tea-lovers know that temperature matters when it comes to brewing the perfect cup.
Water that is too hot for the type of tea can "burn" the leaves, over-extracting the tannins and
producing a bitter avor pro le.
Water that is too cool will not be able to extract the full avor and character of the tea leaves
resulting in a weak, at-tasting brew.
Your Kenmore Kettle is programmed with 4 temperature pre-sets plus manual temperature
control to brew the perfect cup of tea every time.
