The current error area can be cleared with the following methods.
• Select [Online]  [Diagnostics]  "Module diagnostics" in Configuration Tool, and click the [Error release]
button. (Page 216 Module diagnostics)
• Turn ON 'error clear request' (Y10)
• Power OFF to ON or reset the CPU module
