Components and Installation Tools
The components, tools, and items required for installation vary depending on installation site characteristics
and options selected during ordering. All installations require at least a mobile phone and a measuring
tool.
Included
The installation kit includes all of the components and hardware necessary to mount and charge the camera.
Additional add-ons may also be present, depending on the options selected during ordering. For information

Power Solution Description
● Low-voltage power system.
Two Li-Ion Internal Camera Bat-
teries:
● Included with every L6Q
camera.
● 3.7V/5,000 mAh for each
battery
● Lasts up to 3,000 license
plate scans.
● Quick-swap battery tray.
Use Case
Recommended for sites with direct sunlight that
preclude the installation or use AC/DC power facili-
ties.
Recommended for sites with lower or partial sun
conditions that benefit from extra solar panel sur-
face area.
Recommended for single panel deployments with
high traffic volume that benefit from extra battery
capacity to offset higher power usage by the cam-
era. Or, for required installation on a second solar
panel in dual panel deployments.

Requirements
DC Power Cable does not pro-
vide a plug, installation requires
splicing of DC+ and DC- wires.
Battery tray or individual batter-
ies must be manually swapped
when depleted.
Camera mounting location must
be easily accessible.
