    AUDITING MODE Auditing mode can be enabled to keep track of the number of pages printed and transmitted (scanned) by each account (up to 500 accounts can be established).     REPLACING THE TONER CARTRIDGE When toner runs low, a message will appear to inform you that the toner cartridge must be replaced. NOTE To view the approximate amount of toner remaining, hold down the [COPY] key during printing or when the machine is on standby.

    Standard supplies for this product that can replaced by the user include paper, toner cartridges, and staple cartridges for the finisher.
