TROUBLESHOOTING
If a problem does occur, it may often be due to something very minor.
The following table contains various tips.
Problem
Bed cleaner not
working.
Rotating brush
not running.
UV lamp tube
not functioning.

Possible cause(s)
Wheel protection
switch is away from
bedding surface.
Bad contact between
the handheld unit and
the bed cleaner.
Rotating brush is
trapped.
UV lamp tube is not
installed probably.
UV lamp has reached
the end of its product
life.
Either of two triggered
devices is not actuated

Solution(s)
Place the product on bedding surface
and power on, observe whether there
is any sound from the rotating brush,
or light from the UV lamp tube.
*UV is harmful to eyes, you must not
look at the UV light directly.
Detach the handheld unit from the
bed cleaner and re-assemble, ensure
they are attached probably.
Clean the rotating brush as explained
in this manual.
Detach the UV lamp tube and
re-install.
Contact technical support to seek
spare part.
Place the product completely on
bedding surface. Make sure the rear
wheel and rotating brush are touched
the bedding surface.
