Importing data

Start the Palm Desktop for CLIE software.

Click the application into which you want to import data.

If you are importing records that contain a field with
category names, select All in the Category box.

Click Import from the File menu.

Select the file you want to import.

Click Open.

To import data into the correct Palm Desktop for CLIE fields,
drag the fields in the left-hand column so that they become
side-by-side to the corresponding imported fields on the
right.

Clear the check box for the field that you do not want to
import.

Click OK.

To add the imported data to your CLIE handheld, perform a
HotSync operation.
