    A minimum of 72 in² (465 cm²) of unobstructed space is required. Call 1-800-SAMSUNG(726-7864) for information on purchasing the Floor Anchoring Kit as an accessory. All mobile home installations must be exhausted to the outside with the exhaust duct termination securely fastened to the mobile home structure, using materials that will not support combustion.

    GAS REQUIREMENTS Use only natural or LP (liquid propane) gases. The installation must be conformed with local codes, or in the absence of local codes, with the national fuel gas code, ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54, latest revision(for the UNITED STATES), or with the natural gas and propane installation code, CSA B149.1(for Canada).

Read these instructions completely before you begin the installation. To install the dryer, follow these steps: 1. Move your dryer to an appropriate location for installation. Consider installing the dryer and washer side- by-side so you have easy access to both appliances.

The Vent Blockage Test automatically detects the status of the ducts and reports any blockage or problems. Proper ducting can reduce drying time and save energy. The Vent Blockage Test must run with the dryer in a cool state.
