After taking pictures, turn off the camera. This will protect the lens and
prevent unintended shots. (If not used for 3 minutes, the camera will
turn off automatically).
Pressing the shutter button after initiating the wide mode will activate
the zoom lens for accurate focusing.
Select the maximum zoom setting and turn the diopter adjustment
dial until the viewfinder display becomes clear.
