Preventive Maintenance Checklist for SICHARGE D

4 Doors
Check the function of the cabinet door (lubricate the hinges if necessary).
Check the door locks and hinges for ease of movement.
Check if the earthing straps are damaged, complete and/or tightened on both doors.
5 AC Charging Socket
Check for smooth running of the AC locking motor (red lever) (-XD102).
Check the actuator of the AC socket.
6 Visual Inspection Inside
Inspect the inside charger ceiling, doors, grating, and cable bushings.
Check the heating system.
Make a visual inspection for any damages to all components.
Check whether the cylinder fuses of the SPDs at the dispenser outlets are still intact.
Check the safety signs. (Front side: plastic cover MCCB, surge protection, Back side: chimney).
Are country-specific additional signs available?
Is system documentation (circuit diagrams, product documentation, OEM documentation) avai-
lable?
7 AC Mains and Dispenser Bus Bar Connection
Check the tightening torques (40 Nm) or mark on the nut of the L1, L2, L3, N connections.
Check the tightening torque (40 Nm) or mark on the nut of the PE ground connections.
Check the tightening torques (40 Nm) or mark on the nut of the Dispenser DC+ and DC- connec-
tions.
Cooling Unit

Check the fill level of the coolant.
Check for any leaks in the coolant circuit.
Check the tubes and connectors of the cooling unit.
Add coolant, if the fill level is too low.
9 Clean Interior
Clean the interior if necessary
Electrical Safety Measurements

Perform and document the electrical safety measurements of electrical protective devices and
earth resistance according to the local regulations and standards.
11 Power-On, Update and Close Door
Turn on -QA2 and supply power to the charging station.
Wait until the charging station is ready (LEDs green).
Install FW updates if available and the customer has agreed in written form.
Install LOGO! updates if available and the customer has agreed in written form. For this purpose, a
micro-SD card is needed.
Close and lock the door.
