You can install this kit only if the
utility van box (Model 07440) is installed on your
machine.
Safety
WARNING
If you exceed the maximum load capacity
of the utility van box, you could reduce the
stability of the machine. This could lead to a
tip-over, causing injury to you and others and
damage to the vehicle and property.
Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of
the utility van box.
Each shelf can hold up to 34 kg (75 lb). The maximum
load of the utility van box is 181 kg (400 lb). Installing
a shelf reduces the usable load capacity of the box
by the weight of the shelf. The weight of each shelf
is 11 kg (25 lb).

Decals
Safety decals and instructions are
easily visible to the operator and are
located near any area of potential
danger. Replace any decal that is
damaged or missing.

Secure the 4 brackets to the inside of the van box track using the 6 button-head cap screws (1/4 x 1/2 inch), 2 spacers, 2 button-head cap screws (1/4 x 1-1/2 inches), and 8 T-slot nuts (Figure Ensure that you install the 4 brackets at the same desired height to ensure that the shelf is level.
