MANUAL COOKING
Attach the stirring unit before cooking for menu number [1-1] and [2-1].

Use the stirring unit and steam plate depending on the menu.
●
The temperature range for category [6] is 35-65 °C (1 °C per step)/65-90 ℃ (5 °C per step)
●
The total cooking time has two parts, so the actual cooking time will take longer than the time you set.
●
When you cook recipes which are not listed in the menu book, enter the time referring to the similar
menu.

Category [6] : The time to reach the temperature you set.
Category [7] : The time to reach the temperature for baking cake and bread.
NOTE : The time will differ depending on the category and the food quantity.
Some menus are necessary to add ingredients during the cooking. When reminder sounds beep

Open the lid and add ingredients carefully to prevent steam burns. To continue the cooking, close
the lid and press the START button.
For the categories [3] and [5]: Reminder sounds will beep every 1 minute for 3 times if the lid is not
