8.2 Publish of values (Send data to Broker)
Two steps are required to "publish" values:
1. Create a new topic
2. Link the topic with data
8.2.1 Create Topic
Open the newly created "SampleBroker" by pressing, then right-click on "Publish" to open
the menu and select "New topic"
