PerfectRoast temperature probe.
The PerfectRoast temperature probe has three
sensitive measuring points and measures the
core temperature of your food. As soon as the set
temperature is reached, the appliance switches off
automatically.
Heating types.
The following heating types work with the
PerfectRoast temperature probe:
• 4D Hotair
• Top/bottom heating
• Hotair eco
• Top/bottom heating eco
• Hot air grilling
• Pizza setting
The PerfectRoast probe measures the core
temperature of the food between 30°C and 99°C.
Only use the probe supplied. You can purchase a
replacement PerfectRoast temperature probe as a
spare part from the after-sales service if necessary.
After use, always remove the probe from the
cooking compartment. Never store it inside.

How to use the PerfectRoast
probe.
Before placing your food into the cooking
compartment, insert the probe into the food.
Ensure that at least the middle measuring
point is inserted into the food.
Meat: For large pieces of meat, insert the
probe at an angle from above as far as it will
go into the meat. For relatively thin pieces of
meat, insert the probe from the side at the
thickest point.
Fish: Place the whole fish onto the wire rack
and prop it up in the swimming position using
half a potato. Insert the PerfectRoast probe
behind the head as far as it will go towards the
bones in the middle of
the fish.
Poultry: Place whole poultry on the wire rack
breast-side up. Insert the probe as far as it will
go into the breast fillet at the shoulder from
wing to wing.
