Serial number location
Each computer has a unique serial number and a product ID number that are located on a pullout tag on the
front of the computer. Keep these numbers available when contacting customer service for assistance.

To find the QuickSpecs for your product, go to http://www.hp.com/go/quickspecs, and then click the link. Click
Search all QuickSpecs, type your model name in the search box, and then click Go.
