Troubleshooting

● The power plug is disconnected.
➝ Insert the power plug into the power outlet firmly.
● It occurs because the temperature of the heating element is very
high and heat is conducted to the body surface.
➝ It is not quality problem and does not influence normal operations.
● There is still some water on the exterior of ceramic pot that was
not wiped dry.
➝ Wipe dry the water on the ceramic pot's exterior surface.
