Initial Startup

You will need the following:
1. Attach the power supply output to the IPC's DC power plug
2. Insert the plug into the IPC's Input Power connector and securely tighten the attaching
3. Connect a VGA-compatible video monitor and tighten down its attaching screws. Also attach
