Instruction and customer service
The supplying specialist dealer will provide
customer service. Contact details can be found on
the ebike pass for these operating instructions.
The specialist dealer will explain all the ebike
functions to the new owner in person, this being
when the specialist dealer hands over the ebike at
the latest. These operating instructions are
provided with every ebike, so that the rider can
consult them at a later stage.
The supplying specialist dealer will also perform
all maintenance, modifications and repairs in the
future.
Adjusting the ebike

CAUTION

Crash caused by incorrectly adjusted torques
If a bolt is fastened too tightly, it may break. If a
bolt is not fastened enough, it may loosen. This
will cause a crash with injuries.
Always observe the indicated torques on the
screw and in the operating instructions.
Only a correctly adjusted ebike will guarantee
the desired ride comfort and health-promoting
activity.
All settings must be re-configured if the body
weight or maximum baggage weight changes.

Spirit level
Combination wrench
8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, 13 mm, 14 mm and 15 mm
Torque wrench
Working range 5–40 Nm
Hex key
2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm and
8 mm
Phillips screwdriver
Flat head screwdriver
