Make sure the junction posts and
DIP switches SW1 on the IDC
interface board are set as shown in
the figure on the right.
Notes
• If the I/O address settings on the
IDC interface board have been
changed, the settings of DIP
switches 1 and 2 of SW1 will not
be as shown in the figure.
• Do not remove the spare screws
stuck to the IDC interface board.
These are needed during
maintenance and repair if
retaining screws are damaged or
lost.

Connect the 20-pin IDC connector
to the CN1 connector on the IDC
interface board.
(Be sure to connect the 20-pin IDC
connector in the orientation shown
in the figure on the right.)

Insert the IDC interface board into
the second lowest slot and the two
D-sub 9-pin IDC connectors
attached to a plate into the third
lowest slot, then fix them with
fixing screws.
