BEKOMAT
Description / explanation
The condensate flows via the condensate inlet [F] into the
BEKOMAT
and collects in the housing [26].
®
The filling level in the housing [26] is continuously
monitored by a capacitive sensor in the sensor tube [28].
Once the condensate has reached the maximum fill level, 
the pilot valve [X1] is activated using the controller.
The pilot valve [X1] activates, and the area above the
membrane [21] is depressurised.
The membrane [21] lifts off the valve seat and the excess 
pressure in the housing [26] presses the condensate into
the condensate discharge [D].
When the sensor in the sensor tube [28] is no longer
covered by condensate, the controller of the pilot
valve [X1] activates and pressure builds up above the
membrane [21].
The membrane [21] is pressed against the valve seat and
the condensate discharge [D] is sealed tightly.
The switching cycle starts again with the feed of
condensate.
