❏ You can check the color measurement values of individual colors from the history screen by returning to the menu
screen.
❏ In this mode, you can automatically save up to 500 instances of color measurement data to the device, including data
measured in Comparison (Scan) mode. When this reaches 500 items, you need to choose whether to automatically
delete the oldest data first, or manually delete unnecessary data from the history data.
When the following screen is displayed, select Auto or Manual.
❏ When you select Auto
Whenever the number of color measurement data entries exceeds 500 (500 colors), the oldest data is
automatically deleted.
When you select Auto, Auto Delete Data is set to On in the Settings menu, and automatic data deletion is enabled
until you change the setting.
❏ When you select Manual
The selection screen for the group of colors (reference data) is displayed. Select the group for which you want to
delete the historical data, and the color measurement history for that group is displayed. Select Edit, and then
select Delete the Data, Delete All, or Favorite.
When you register data you want to keep to your Favorite, the data is not deleted even if you select Delete All. See
the following for details.
