AND P.C. BOARDS
1-1: HINGE ASS'Y (Refer to Fig. 1-1)
Remove the 2 screws 1.

Remove the Hinge Cover in the direction of arrow (A).
Remove the 4 screws 2.

Remove the Stand Block in the direction of arrow (B).
Remove the 4 screws 3.

Remove the Hinge Ass'y in the direction of arrow (C).
Remove the 4 screws 4.

Remove the Stand in the direction of arrow (C).

Remove the 7 screws 1.

Remove the 3 screws 1.

Remove the screw 2.

Remove the 2 screws 1.

Remove the Jack Plate and Jack Shield in the direction of
arrow (A).
Remove the 3 screws 4.

Remove the Back Angle in the direction of arrow (B).

1-4: DVD PCB (Refer to Fig. 1-4)
1.
Short circuit the position shown in Fig. 1-4 using a
soldering iron. If you remove the DVD Deck with no
soldering, the Laser may be damaged.
Remove the 4 screws 1.

Remove the FFC Shield and DVD Shield.
4.
Disconnect the following connectors:
(CP701, CP2301, CP2302, CP2601 and CP3804).
5.
Remove the DVD PCB in the direction of arrow.
