Detection contents
*Unable to detect the water level 150mm or
less in 5 minutes (after the initial drainage
has started during the washing process).
The drainage filter has come off during
operation. (Detected by the SF switch (hall
sensor U) for drainage filter.)
The input frequency from a water level
sensor to a microcomputer is out of the
specified range.
Short circuit of power relay 1 in a
controller(Power side) is detected.
Service check B, unable to write data to
memory.
There is no input signal from the rotation
sensor during the motor ON process.
Unable to communicate between the
controller(Power side) and controller
(Display side) during the power ON
condition.
Open circuit or short circuit is caused in the
Warm air thermistor (TH3).
• Open condition : more than 206k
• Short condition : less than 96
Open circuit or short circuit is caused in the
Exhaust air thermistor (TH1).
• Open condition : more than 206k
• Short condition : less than 96
Mean differential temperature between
Exhaust air thermistor (TH1) and Inlet air
sensor (TH2) exceed more than 30 bit.
Open circuit or short circuit is caused in the
Inlet air thermistor (TH2).
• Open condition : more than 206kΩ
• Short condition : less than 96 Ω
Open circuit or short circuit is caused in the
Warm water thermistor.
• Open condition : more than 206kΩ
• Short condition : less than 94 Ω
Unable to detect the temperature rise in 10
minutes from 1 minute after water supply
agitation process has started during the
washing process.
• Error data is memorized only.
• Error is not displayed.
Water level sensor detects an overflow
water level for longer than the specified
time during the washing rinse process and
preset timer standby.
*The Drain pump for drainage is operated
and water is drained.
Check point
(Water is supplied)
• Check the water leakage caused by
clogging of valve.
• Check the leakage from other section.
• Check the drainage filter has not come
off. If the drainage filter has not come
off.
• Check the connector of SF switch (hall
sensor U) has not come off.
• Check the electric continuity of SF
switch.
• Check the connector has not come off.
• Check the contact failure of connector.
• Check the breakage of lead wire.
• Replace the water level sensor.
• Except as described above, replace the
controller unit(Power side).
• Replace the controller unit(Power side). Pull out the power
• Replace the controller unit(Power side). Power button off and
• Check the contact failure of motor's
connector and breakage of lead wire.
• Replace the motor.
• Except as described above, replace the
controller unit(Power side ).
• Check the breakage of communication
line.
• Check the contact failure of connector.
• Check the failure of the controller
(Display side) or the controller
unit(Power side ).
• Check the connector has not come off.
• Replace the thermistor (TH3).
• Check the connector has not come off.
• Replace the thermistor (TH1).
Thermistor calibration has not completed.
• Cooling down body sufficiently, and
have the calibration again.
• Check the connector has not come off.
• Replace the thermistor (TH2).
• Check the contact failure of connector.
• Check the resistance of thermistor as
single item. If the open circuit or short
circuit is caused, replace the sensor.
• If there is no error on the sensor, check
the breakage of lead wire.
• Check the position displacement of
warm water sensor.
• Check the blowout of the thermal fuse
and current fuse.
• Check the connector has not come off.
• Check the water heater and breakage of
lead wire.
• Replace the water supply valve.
• Replace the controller unit(Power side).
(If the feeding valve cannot be stopped
by the controller unit output
continuously on.)
