WARNING
To avoid injury or death from rollover, keep the roll
bar in the raised locked position and use the seat
belt.
Ensure that the seat plate is secured with the seat
latch.
WARNING
You have no rollover protection when the roll bar
is in the down position.
• Lower the roll bar only when necessary.
• Do not wear the seat belt when the roll bar is
in the down position.
• Drive slowly and carefully.
• Raise the roll bar as soon as clearance permits.
• Check carefully for overhead clearances (i.e.,
branches, doorways, electrical wires) before
driving under any objects and do not contact
them.
1. To lower the roll bar, remove the hairpin cotters, push
the roll bar forward against the springs, and remove
the 2 pins
(Figure
14).

3. Install the 2 pins and secure them with the hairpin
cotters

Important: Ensure that the seat is secured with
the seat latch.
4. To raise the roll bar, remove the hairpin cotter pins and
remove the 2 pins
5. Raise the roll bar to the upright position and install the
2 pins and secure them with the hairpin cotters

Important: Always use the seat belt when the roll bar
is in the raised and locked position. Do not use the seat
belt when the roll bar is in the lowered position.

1. Raise the roll bar up and lock it into place, sit on the
seat, and fasten the seat belt.
2. Ensure that the traction pedal is in the N
position.
3. Set the parking brake.
4. Move the power-takeoff (PTO) switch to the O
position

5. Move the throttle lever midway between the F
S
positions

6. Turn the ignition key clockwise to the R

The glow-plug-indicator light should turn on for 6
seconds.
