22 Q Battery consumption is too fast.
1. Where few antenna bars are displayed(radio shadow area), the phone is considered
to be located far from the network. So, sending/receiving the phone's location info
registered requires more power, consuming battery power faster.
2. When the LCD Back Light is on, the phone uses up the battery power faster. Ex.)
When LCD Back Light's electric cuttent is 100mA/h, a 1500-mA battery will keep
the LCD on for 15 hours. Longer setting of screen timeout will accelerate battery
consumption. Shorter setting is recommended.
3. Even when finishing some apps and pressing the 'Home' key, the apps keep
running in the background, consuming the battery power. To end an app or
A
program, use the Delete/ Previous key.
4. Rooting means the Super User authority over the Android system domain, and
may cause data change in the battery control domain, accelerating battery
consumption.
5. Apps requiring regular data updates, e.g. Dodolphone, NateOn, Kakaotalk, stock/
weather widgets consume more battery power, especially when update cycle is
short.
6. When installing many apps at a time, reboot the phone. Battery power is used up
as fast as the number of widget apps installed on the screen.
