▸ Wear work gloves!
Installation of the device is easy. It is not necessary
to drain the heating water or alter the heating sys-
tem. It is not necessary to use any special tools or
switch off the heating system.
The union nut (1) permanently attached to the de-
vice fits on all radiator valves of the most common
manufacturers with thread size M30 x 1.5 mm, e.g.
Heimeier, MNG, Junkers, Landis+Gyr (Duodyr),
Honeywell-Braukmann, Oventrop type A, Oven-
trop AV6, Schlösser, Comap D805, Valf, Sanayii,
Mertik Maxitrol, Watts, Wingenroth (Wiroflex)
R.B.M, Tiemme, Jaga, Siemens, Idmar.
The adapters (15) contained in the supply package
enable the device to be fitted to Danfoss RA, Dan-
foss RAV and Danfoss RAVL radiator valves.
Disassembling the Old Thermostat
Head
1. Set the thermostat head (13) to its highest set-
ting (12).
This means the thermostat head (13) is no longer
pressing on the valve pin of the radiator and can
be removed more easily.
2. Unscrew the fixing element (11) of the thermostat
head (13) using an appropriate tool and remove
the thermostat head.
