at SIMreaders pogo-pins of
service-jig if all SIMlines are
pulsed to 3/5 Vpp

Check
SIMlines for interruptions or
shorts to GND. Resistance to
GND should not be lower than
200 kOhm
Change CCONT N201. If fault
persists after changing CCONT,
MAD or PCB faulty in all
probability.
"SIMcard not accepted"
Use WinTesla to
open quick/RF info window,
compare shown SIMlockdata with
entries of the respective
product-code in
SIMlocklist
Rewrite SIMlockdata with Nokia security
password if it is permitted to you. If
SIMlock is corrected or inactive, but fault
remains, change COBBA N100 and rewrite
SIMlock once more

soiled. Also check that
contact-pads on PCB are clean.
Check R213, C221, C222, C224,
C225. Also check V203.
SIMlock is OK. If the Msin data field
is closed to a special IMSI number
range, only the operator is allowed
to open the SIMlock.
