    There are several different ways you can configure your router to connect to the Internet and connect to your clients: • D-Link Setup Wizard - This wizard will launch when you log into the router for the first time. Refer to page 15.

    Device Mode The DIR-880L gives you a choice between two device modes. It can be set to Router Mode or Bridge Mode. The default mode is Router Mode. In Bridge Mode, the DIR-880L creates a wireless link between two existing networks, enabling you to attach up to four wired devices to your wireless network.

    From the Settings menu on, click Wizard to open the Setup Wizard. This is the same wizard that appeared when you first installed the router. After installation, unless you reset the DIR-880L to the factory default settings, you can only access the wizard when the DIR-880L is set to Router Mode.
