Dangers of Injury
Danger of suffocation! Keep the packaging material away from children
and animals.
Danger of injury due to rotating device parts! Keep clothing, jewel-
lery, hair, hands and other body parts away from the device so that nothing
can get caught in rotating device parts.
Danger of burns! Never fi ll the device with hot food or liquids! The contents
must not be hotter than 50 °C.
Make sure that the connected mains cable does not present a trip hazard.
Danger of Electric Shock and Fire
Use the device only in closed rooms.
Always place the device on a dry, even and fi rm surface.
Maintain suffi cient clearance from other sources of heat such as hotplates or stoves.
Never cover the device with cloths or similar objects. There is a danger of overheating!
Never set up the device in the vicinity of highly fl ammable materials (curtains, textiles,
etc.).
Do not place any highly fl ammable objects such as paper, cardboard or plastic in or
on the device.
Never immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids! Ensure that the motor unit, cable,
or plug do not fall into water or become wet.
Should the motor unit fall into water, switch off the power supply immediately.
Never touch the motor unit, the cable or the plug with wet hands.
Only connect the device to a socket that is properly installed and matches the technical
data of the device (see the "Technical Data" chapter).
Position the cable in such a way that it does not become squashed or bent and does not
come into contact with hot surfaces.
Remove the mains plug from the plug socket if a fault occurs during operation or before
a thunderstorm.
When you want to remove the mains plug from the socket, always pull the plug and
never the cable.
The device is not designed to be operated with an external timer or a separate remote
control system.
Avoiding Damage to Material, Property and the Device
Always check the device for damage before putting it into operation. The
device must not be used if the device, the connecting cable, the plug or any of
the accessories show obvious signs of damage.
Do not allow the motor to run when the device is empty.
Use only the accessories supplied, or accessories expressly recommended by
the manufacturer. Use only original spare parts from the manufacturer.
