Level adjustment problems

K.1.5.1 The steam boiler is flooded
Problem due to the filling solenoid valve
• The valve of the solenoid valve for filling no
longer rests properly on its seat, and creates
leaks: scale, obstacle of any kind...
• The filling solenoid valve relay is stuck.
• Replace the seals and clean the filling
solenoid valve faces.
• Replace the solenoid valve or the electronic
unit if necessary
K.1.5.2 The boiler is empty
The sensor is connected directly to the earth.
After infusion, when you remove the cup, the coffee ground disk is wet
The passing time is too short:
• Grinding too coarse
• Dose too low
• Pressure too low
Check:
• The grinding
• The dose of ground coffee
• The pump pressure
The steam boiler is flooded
Check:
• the sensor wire
• the wiring of the solenoid valve
• the operation of the electronic unit
• the solenoid valve
Replace if necessary.
After infusion, when you remove the cup, the coffee ground disk is wet
Decompression circuit
Check:
• The shower head
• The filter
• The solenoid valve
Problem due to the level sensor
The probe is covered with an insulating sub-
stance (scale) or the sensor wire is cut.
Clean the sensor and check the wiring.
The filling solenoid valve is not controlled or the
coil is burned out.
