    Intercom & Call Transfer Making an Intercom Call 1. In idle mode, press any One-Touch Memory (1 -10) button for the extension you want to intercom. One-Touch Memory (1) button represents extension 01, (2) represents extension 02, etc. The intercom / page tone will be emitted. Or, press INTERCOM to bring up the list of all extensions (except itself).
  • Page 6 To pair your Motorola ML25260 to a compatible Motorola base phone: 1. Press softkey. NOTE If your Motorola ML25260 is not already registered to a base, the screen will display PRESS “REG” TO INITIATE REGISTRATION. Press softkey to start the registration.
