7. Use RF PDM to adjust the AFC to center the VCTCXO. The tuning range is
approximately +/- 10kHz. Adjust the AFC so that the output signal is within
+/-150Hz. If using the spectrum analyzer, narrow the span to 1 kHz or less.
8. If the VCTCXO does not tune, replace the UEMC.
