Check the AC License
Log in to the web platform, and choose Maintenance > AC Maintenance > License to check whether
the AC's license is normal.
Check whether the License status field displays Normal.

If the License status field is not Normal, reload and activate the license.
If the problem persists, record the license key and ESN of the AC by referring to the
Guide, and contact your agent or Huawei enterprise technical service hotline.
Check whether the number of APs connected to the AC is in the expected range. If an AP fails to go
