WCDMA RX-synthesizer:

WCDMA Rx synthesizer can be selftested by activating /Testing/Self test-window.
Select from list "Rx PLL lock self-test" and run it. If RX-synthesizer is able to lock, it will
"PASS".
If it fails then activate Rx Control from Testing/WCDMA/-menu e.g with following set-
tings:
