A context menu applies to an item on the screen. If you touch and hold
something on the screen (in this example, a link on a web page), a context
menu appears. The items on the context menu differ based on the type of
object you touched.
Touch and hold a link to
reveal the link context menu.

Switch Between Apps

You can use the multitasking feature to
switch between running apps and close
apps.
1. Tap the Recent Apps button (to the
left of the Home button).
2. Swipe up and down the list of run-
ning apps.
3. Tap an app to switch to it.
4. Touch and hold an app icon to see
memory and processor usage for
each active app.
5. Tap to open the app in split-screen
mode. This opens the app so that
it only takes up the top half of the
screen. See more about running

the next section.
6. Close an app by swiping the app left
or right off the screen or tapping the
X on the top right of the app.
