Operation
Check the battery
terminals.
Check the
appearance of the
fire cylinder,
electrical actuator,
pneumatic switch,
fire extinguishing
pipeline, and
nozzle.
Check the pressure
pointer of the fire
cylinder.
Disconnect the
power plug of the
emergency light.
Check the smoke
detector indicator.
Check the heat
detector indicator.

Check Standard
The wiring
terminals are in
good condition
without corrosion.
All devices of the
fire extinguisher are
intact, free from
deformation and
mechanical damage.
All devices of the
fire extinguisher are
free from rust on the
exterior, and the
coating is intact.
The lead seal and
safety signs on
hand-operated
devices of the fire
cylinder are intact.
The pressure pointer
is in the green zone.
The emergency light
turns on.
The indicator blinks
once every 6s.
The indicator blinks

3 Routine Maintenance
Maintenance Guide
Clean the contaminated and
corroded terminals. Replace
batteries with severely
corroded terminals by referring
to 5.4.1.8 Replacing Batteries
for the Extinguishant Control
Panel (CE) or 5.4.2 Replacing
Batteries for the VESDA
Power Box.
Replace the fire cylinder by
referring to 5.4.1.9 Replacing a
Fire Cylinder (CE). For details
about how to replace other
devices, contact Huawei
technical support.
Repaint.
Replace the electrical actuator.
Ask a fire engineer to check
whether the fire cylinder leaks
extinguishant. If leakage
occurs, the fire engineer
charges the extinguishant in
the local charging station.
Replace by following
instructions in 5.4.1.11
Replacing an Emergency Light
(CE).
Replace by following

Replacing a Smoke Detector

Replace by following
