4.
Unscrew the 4 screws (Torx 20) securing the
cover to the cutting height adjustment.
5.
Disassemble the cover with the motor from
the chassis.
6.
Remove the cogwheel from the motor.
7.
Loosen the 3 screws (Torx 25) securing the
motor in the cover.
8.
Remove the wheel motor by unscrewing
the 4 screws (Torx 20) in the wheel motor
bracket.
9.
Fit the new cutting height adjustment motor.
10. Refit the cogwheel and cover with the motor
to the chassis.
11. Connect the cable to the cutting height
circuit board.
12. Refit the chassis and body.
13. Calibrate the cutting height adjustment. See
the Operator's Manual.
5.22 Replacing the rear collision
columns
1.
Dismantle the body, see 5.2.1 Dismantling
the body on page 59.
2.
Unscrew the 4 screws (Torx 20) securing the
rear collision columns to the chassis.
3. The collision column and its bracket can now
be removed and replaced.
4.
Refit the collision columns and the body.
