Introduction The vehicle WIFI window mount antenna is intended for mounting on the windshield of the vehicle. After completing the installation, the cable is concealed between the headlining and the roof of the vehicle, with minimum disturbance to the headlining and the upholstery. Figure 1-1 shows the WIFI window mount antenna. -

Installation Procedure The installation procedure that follows is for a typical passenger car. The procedure may vary slightly with the type of vehicle on which the antenna is to be installed. Generally, however, the procedure outlined below is universal in nature. Antenna Installation 1. - Page 8 NOTE: 50% of the bond strength is achieved after 20 minutes. Avoid contact with the antenna for a minimum of 20 minutes after initial installation. Full bond strength of the adhesive tape is realized after 72 hours. The adhesive tape is very strong and will bond instantly on the mounting surface.
