VOICE MAIL

Retrieving your Voice Mail Messages
When a voice mail message is left on your phone, the LED at the
top of your handset will flash red to notify you of the message.
To retrieve that message press the left screen option labelled "Vm
Msg" or dial *8
Press the screen option LSTN to hear your messages
Your messages will now play back to you. Your screen options will
now change giving you additional features such as Next, Pause
Delete. If you press the More key you will get additional options
such as Rewind and Fast Forward.

Changing your Voice Mail Greeting
Pickup your handset & dial *8
Press the screen option Greet
Select your Greeting number – by default this is Gr1
From here you can select one of three options
 Listen to your current message
 Re Record your current message
 Delete your current message
Once you have re recorded your current message press the screen
option Done to save your recording, then hang up.
Forwarding your Phone to Voice Mail
Press the Speaker key
 741 to forward your all calls Immediately
 742 to forward your calls on Busy
 743 to forward your calls on No Answer
 744 to forward your call on Busy & No Answer
Dial 1 to Set the forward or dial 0 to cancel
Enter the forward destination of 3999 (Voice Mail) to activate
Press Speaker to hang up
