Communications (HA-3 & RA-5A Chassis)
There are three communications buses in the HA-3 Direct view chassis (Figure 10-2) and similar RA-5A pro-
jection TV chassis (Figure 10-3):
•
RXD/TXD bus between the Q box and the Main Micro (B board).
•
S data and clock bus between the Main Micro and its TV operation ICs.
•
B data and clock bus between the Main Micro and its memory ICs (NVM).
See Figure 10-1 below.

In comparing the two chassis, the only communication differences between them are the final destinations of
the two buses on the A and D boards.
