Troubleshooting
Problem
The
appliance
does not
work.
The
appliance
does not
pick up dirt
effectively.
The
appliance
has a short
operating
time.
Dirt
escapes
from the
appliance.
Possible cause
You have not
charged the
appliance.
You have not
inserted the
adapter
properly into
the wall socket.
You have not
inserted the
small plug
properly into
the appliance.
The dirt tray is
full.
The roller brush
is clogged.
The battery
pack has
developed a
memory effect.
The dirt tray is
full.
Solution
Charge the appliance (see chapter
'Charging').
Insert the adapter properly into the
wall socket.
Insert the small plug properly into the
appliance.
Empty the dirt tray (see chapter
'Cleaning').
Clean the roller brush (see chapter
'Cleaning').
Discharge the battery pack
completely by letting the appliance
run until it stops. Then recharge the
battery pack for 16-18 hours. Repeat
this discharge-charge cycle 3-5 times.
Empty the dirt tray (see chapter
'Cleaning').
