HUAWEI Band FAQs

10 Why is the screen-on time so short?

In order to prolong the battery life, the screen-on time is set to 3 seconds. This should
be sufficient to view the time and activity data. If you want to keep the screen on,
keep touching or swiping the screen.

11 Why doesn't the Band respond properly when I swipe the screen?

Ensure that you apply sufficient pressure to the screen and swipe slowly from one side
or the middle of the screen to the other. Swipe gestures work better when you place a
larger area of your finger on the screen.

12 How can I move between screens?

You can change the screen that is displayed using either of the following methods:
1. Swipe the screen. By default, the home screen displays the time. Swipe left or right to
view your step count, calorie count, or sleep data.
2. Rotate your wrist: (i) Wear the Band on your wrist and keep your wrist level. (ii) Turn
on the screen. (iii) Quickly rotate your wrist by approximately 90 degrees whilst
keeping your wrist level to navigate to the next screen.
