4. I/O Signals for Safety Sub-Functions
4.1 I/O signal list
OFF (1): SLS4 function enabled.
ON (0): SLS4 function disabled.
OFF (0): The motor speed (output frequency) is higher than the SSM frequency.
ON (1): The motor speed (output frequency) is equal to or lower than the SSM
frequency.
OFF (1): The brake is applied.
ON (0): The brake is released.
