Step Checks
1 Check the alignment plate
home position sensor. Is the
sensor normal?
2 Does the alignment motor
operate at a specific timing?
3 Replace the alignment motor.
Is the problem corrected?
Step Checks
1 Are the front and rear stitchers
and bases installed correctly?
Is the stitching home position
2 switch of the front and the
rear stitchers normal?
Do the front and the rear
3 stitchers operate at a specific
timing?
Yes/No Action
No Replace the sensor.
Yes Replace the saddle
stitcher controller
PCB.
No Check the alignment
plate drive mechanism.
If a fault is found,
correct it. Otherwise,
go to step 3.
End.

Replace the saddle
