General When installing the RoomPresence, obey local safety laws and regulations. The safety precautions of this guide are supplementary to local safety regulations. For example, install the bottom bar and columns in box 01, then display mount bar in box 02. 2. The screws must be pre-installed and then tightened.     3. When mounting the display, do not use its own handles. Use the screws that come with the display to secure the display mount brackets to the back of the display through the four VESA holes. RoomPresence 65S Loosen the adjustment screws and remove them.

    Installing Cable Covers Attach the cable covers to both of the columns and the bottom bar using the embedded magnet. Powering On After the installation is complete, turn on the switches of all components, set the power switch in the lower right of the tray to ON, and check the device status.

    Installing Rear Covers Here, the RoomPresence 75S is used as an example. Attach the three upper rear cover plates to the top bar using the embedded magnet. Install the lower left and right rear cover plates and then the lower middle rear cover plate. The three plates are mounted on top using hangers and attached at the bottom using the embedded magnet.
