When there is an error in the CIF module, an error code is stored in the CIF module
internal status (0W).

Replace the CIF module.
・ ERR bit turns ON.
・ Module operation is
stopped.
Press the reset button and
check whether recovery is
possible. If it still occurs,
replace the CIF module.
