Assembly
Assembling/Fastening the Drill Stand
Loosen the locking handle 3. Insert the drilling
column 2 from above into the machine holder 6.
Push the clamping lever 17 upward while sliding
the drilling column through the bottom part of
the machine holder. Afterwards, tighten the
locking handle 3.
To lock the depth stop 5, screw the locking
handle 4 with the M8 x 15 mm thread into the
threaded M8 hole of the machine holder 6.
Hand-tighten the locking handle 4.
Insert the drilling column with the mounted ma-
chine holder into the mounting bore of the base
plate 9. Tighten the bolts 8 of the base plate with
the Allen key 1 provided.
Screw the mounted drill stand securely onto a
sturdy and tilt-safe support using four suitable
bolts with washers.
Check the drill stand for secure assembly
and fastening.
The Allen key 1 can be stored in the upper cover
of the drilling column.

Mounting the Quick-clamping Device
(Accessory)
The quick-clamping device 7 (accessory) is used
for quick and secure clamping of workpieces onto
the base plate.
To mount the quick-clamping device 7, loosen
the bolts 8 and lift the drilling column 2 with the
machine holder out of the base plate. Insert and
slide the drilling column from above into the
quick-clamping device 7.
For fastening of the drilling column, see "Assem-
bling/Fastening the Drill Stand", page 13.
Inserting the Drill
Pull the plug from the socket outlet and/or
remove the battery before carrying out ad-
justments on the power tool or replacing ac-
cessory parts. Unintentional starting of drills
is the cause of some accidents.
Remove the auxiliary handle from your drill, if
required (see the operating instructions of the
drill).
Loosen the locking handle 13 of the drill fixture.
Insert the drill from above ensuring that the col-
lar engages to the stop into the drill fixture 14.
Hand-tighten the locking handle 13.
Note: Tighten the locking handle 13 only to the
extent that the drill is securely fastened. When
overtightening, the spindle collar of the drill can
be damaged.
Check the tight seating of the drill in the
drill fixture.
Operation
Pull the plug from the socket outlet and/or
remove the battery before carrying out ad-
justments on the power tool or replacing ac-
cessory parts. Unintentional starting of drills
is the cause of some accidents.
After each adjustment on the drill stand,
retighten the bolts and locking handles.
