• Do not use the analyser or cartridges if you notice any damage. • Use Vivalytic only as described in these instructions for use to assure performance and safety. • Report any serious incident that has occurred in relation to the analyser to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the member state in which the user and/or the patient is established. -
