If no, contact Huawei
technical support.
1. Reset the DC overvoltage
alarm threshold and check
whether the alarm persists.
 If yes, contact Huawei
technical support.
 If no, no further action is
required.
1. Check whether the battery
voltage is below the
undervoltage alarm threshold
after a long-time AC power
failure.
 If yes, rectify the power
grid fault.

If no, go to the next step.
2. Check whether the DC
undervoltage alarm threshold
is incorrectly set.

If yes, reset the alarm
threshold.
 If no, contact Huawei
technical support.
1. Check whether the function
module experiences a power
failure.
 If yes, ensure that the
function module is
properly powered on.

If no, go to the next step.
2. Check whether the solar
function unit communicates
properly. Ensure that the
communication is proper,
continue the upgrade, and
check whether the alarm
persists.

If yes, replace the
function module.
