on Parent Unit

Problem solving

If a fault occurs, first check the points listed below. If you are unable to
remedy a problem by following these hints, contact the helpline
(see next paragraph) or consult your dealer.
Under no circumstances should you try to repair the set yourself as this will
invalidate the guarantee.
Possible cause
Parent Unit
Unit is not switched on.
Power adapter is not plugged in or
batteries are empty.
Baby Unit
Unit is not switched on.
Power adapter is not plugged in or
batteries are empty.
Units are too close to each other.
Volume too high.
Volume on Parent Unit is set too low.
Sensitivity setting on Baby Unit too low. Adjust sensitivity level of Baby Unit.
Units are out of range.
Baby Unit not switched on.
Power adapter of Baby Unit is not
plugged in or batteries are empty.
Contact between units is interrupted
Units too far away from each other.
Batteries are low.
Interference from another RF source.
Solution
Turn the ON VOLUME OFF control to ON.
Plug in power adapter or recharge
batteries
Press POWER button.
Plug in power adapter or replace batteries.
Move Parent Unit away from Baby Unit.
Decrease the Parent Units volume.
Increase Parent Unit volume.
Move Parent Unit closer to Baby Unit.
Press POWER button.
Plug in power adapter or replace batteries.
Reposition the units. Baby Unit first.
Decrease distance between units.
Replace/recharge batteries.
Remove the other RF source.
