Supervise children. This will ensure

that children do not play with the glue
pen or the charging station.
Children must not be allowed to

clean and perform maintenance on
the glue pen or the charging station
without supervision.
Always check the glue pen, charging station, cable and
u
plug before use. Do not use the glue pen or charging
station if you discover any damage. Do not open the
glue pen or charging station yourself, and have it ser-
viced only by a qualified repair person using only ori-
ginal replacement parts. Damaged glue pens, charging
stations, cables and plugs increase the risk of electric
shock.
Do not leave the glue pen unattended while it is

switched on.
Do not touch the hot nozzle or the silicone cap. There is
u
a risk of burns.
Have your glue pen and charging station serviced only
u
by a qualified repair person using only original replace-
ment parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product
is maintained.
Place the glue pen down in a safe place after use and let
u
it cool down completely before packing it away. The hot
nozzle can cause damage.
Keep the glue stick out of reach of children under
u
8 years old. Swallowing the glue stick poses a choking haz-
ard.
Keep your work area well-ventilated. The gas and steam
u
produced during work are often harmful to one's health.
Wear protective glasses while working overhead.

Do not throw the glue stick into fire.

The battery contacts must not be short-circuited.

Safety instructions for chargers
Do not expose the charger to rain or wet conditions.
Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric
shock.
